Business Spotlight: CJG Consulting, LLC

CJC: I wanted to begin this interview by saying a special congrats to Cara on launching CJG Consulting, LLC. I’m so happy for you.

CG: Thank you so much Chris for introducing my company and services to your audience. It’s been a dream of mine that has come to fruition as researching our industry standards.

CJC: What made you want to start this business venture and how did it come to fruition?

CG: Our company was created to fill the necessity I saw that busy authors, photographers and models experienced. We’ve all wished for multiplicity. The extra set of hands to meet deadlines, concentrate on story flow or manage calendars and events.  My professional administrative background could provide for that extra help everyone wishes they had.

CJC: What services do you offer with CJG Consulting and do you have plans on adding any other services to the roster in the future?

CG: CJG Consulting, LLC “Controls the Chaos, of daily tasks by providing our clients with administrative services, consultation and virtual assistance freeing them to focus on their goals. Our expertise is in working with authors, photographers, and models navigating the literary industry.

We create and manage correspondence needs, support travel plans, coordinate event management and strengthen social media group performance and content.

As we navigate this ever-changing industry, I may add additional services that I see are needed to reach my clients goals more efficiently.

CJC: With being your own boss, what do you find to be the most rewarding and most difficult aspect? What hurdles have your overcome while striving towards your goals?

CG: Becoming my own boss allows me the freedom to create my own schedule around the needs of my clients.

Difficulty always lies in successful use of communication in this industry. We strive to meet or exceed our client’s requests.

Hurdles are just situations we can use to strengthen our abilities. Problem solving teaches all of us how to manage our craft.

CJC: For those looking to learn more about your business, how can they contact you?

CG: New clients may contact through our website www.cjgconsulting.net or email me at cara@cjgconsulting.net.

CJC: Any final thoughts you would like to share with the CJC Photography readers?

CG: Life goals may be achieved when you can delegate those tasks that you find bothersome to staff that are willing to execute them.

Thank you, Chris, for taking the time to bring CJG Consulting and myself to your readers.
