Model Spotlight: Sean Brady

CJC: How did you get your start in modeling?
SB: Haha this is a good story…
So take a seat, pick up that little computer you keep in your pocket at all times… yeah the extension of your arm that you’re probably reading this on and prepare yourself for some laughs.
Okay, so I started because of an ex – the love of my life when I was 16… to think I used to have a heart… just kidding guys I still do!
Anyhow, I did my first photoshoot with my girlfriend at the time Cailyn and she was a year older than me. I was 16 and it was my junior year. She was 17 and it was her senior year. She was having her senior portraits done by a duo photographer team.
We shot together and during the shoot, one of the women asked Cailyn and her mother if they could shoot me alone… commenting on how photogenic I was.

So then I got some amazing shots of myself!

She later broke up with me and my heart was torn in two.

I vowed to be a better model than her being 16 and immature as I was haha and well, I went on and started modeling. I fell in love with it all after that.

CJC: Who/what do you draw inspiration from during a photo shoot?
SB: I don’t know, I suppose I love entertaining and I want the final product to be amazing so I just imagine what the photographer is seeing and try to give he or she what they want to capture.

I love when we can collaborate and both contribute equally!

CJC:  What do you enjoy the most about modeling and what do you find to be the most challenging?
SB: I love everything about modeling honestly! I love staying in shape, I love making different expressions. I especially love the people I meet along the way most though.

CJC: In one word how would you describe yourself?
SB: exuberant.

CJC: Where would you like to travel to in the future?
SB: Greece! Or Italy! Or Australia! 

CJC: How do you stay in such great shape?
SB: I challenge myself to learn new things constantly. I am always switching up my routine and passion that month or year from triathlon training to CrossFit to my most recent passion climbing. Movement is the key really. Move and eat close to nature and you’ll be good to go!

CJC: Do you have any interesting or unique talents?
SB: I’m nothing special… just the ability to enjoy learning just about anything I guess. I’m a good learner haha.

CJC: This industry can be harsh; how do you deal with criticism?
SB: I appreciate criticism if it’s constructive. I haven’t really experienced much hate at all fortunately! Honestly my best friends quote on quote bully me regularly so my skin is thick.

CJC: What is something most people don’t know about you?
SB: My momma took soooo many photos of me growing up! It’s why I love posing I think haha.

CJC: How do you set yourself apart from others in the industry?
SB: I am myself. I really don’t care what people think about me. I guess my training style is very different too. The biggest thing is I treat everyone the same from a Billionaire to a pauper: not to say other models do not.. but, I’ve seen people who think their shit don’t stink. The thing is: we all stink!!

CJC: To date, what accomplishment are you most proud of?
SB: Sheww! I don’t know haha! It’s hard to look back on things because I’m always looking forward. The one thing that is fresh in my mind is my first sport climb last weekend!

CJC: What are your goals for the remainder of the year?
SB: I always have tons of goals floating around. The biggest one is to become more organized and get better at prioritizing!

A big goal for this year is to release a poetry book.

Then I would like to launch a fitness pdf at first and perhaps a whole program – where I will answer questions.

Then, an apparel brand!
