Strategies for Generating Business Referrals
By: Peleg Top
When people see your marketing they react, remember, and recommend.
1) Serving your clients well and doing exceptional work is the foundation for cultivating good referrals.
2) Ask your clients to recommend your services to their friends and family. Use the “ask” as an offer to be a resource for helping your client help somebody else.
3) Thank clients for their business and use this as an opportunity to open the door for referrals (send business cards).
4) Inform. Make it a point to contact the people who recommend you on an ongoing basis and inform them of the progress of your work.
I hope you found these tips helpful!
