48 Consultation and dispute settlement I If the Member requesting the consultations considers that the consultations have not resulted in an amicable solution and that the administrative authorities of the importing Member State have taken definitive measures to impose definitive anti-dumping duties or accept price undertakings, the dispute settlement body may designate the case. If an interim measure has a significant impact and the Member that requested consultations considers that the measure was taken by contrasting the (respective) provisions, that Member may also refer the matter to the DSB.
