TS: I never really even considered trying to model before. I almost thought people would take it as a joke if I tried to. I was a server for Hofbrauhaus in St. Petersburg and we had an upcoming event for “Galentines Day”. My manager approached me and asked if I would like to participate in a male auction where we were auctioned off for Galentines dates with all proceeds going towards Pet Pals animal shelter. It was during this event that photographer Michael Downs discovered me and asked if I would be interested. At first I was a bit shy thinking about the whole idea, but I decided to jump in head first and the rest is history.

CJC: What are your favorite physical features?
TS: I consider all my features a current work in progress but if I had to pick I would probably go with my abs or arms.

CJC: Who/what do you draw inspiration from during a photo shoot?
TS: I suppose the inspiration would be drawn from the setting the photography would be taking place at, the photographer themselves, and my current mood however that may be at the time.

CJC: What do you enjoy the most about modeling and what do you find to be the most challenging?
TS: I enjoy the interaction between myself and the photographer and of course the finished product. The most challenging part would be me getting to let loose and pushing myself out of my comfort zone; especially because I consider myself relatively new to this whole field.

CJC: In one word how would you describe yourself?
TS: OOOO that’s a hard one. If I had to pick one word though, I would have to go with goofy.

CJC: Where would you like to travel to in the future?
TS: I would love to see the Maldives, any tropical place where the water is crystal and where the weather calls for flip flops.

CJC: How do you stay in such great shape?
TS: I like my shape currently but I never get complacent. I’m never satisfied with how I look so it keeps me striving for greatness. That and developing a consistent gym routine and healthy eating habits makes it easy.

CJC: This industry can be harsh, how do you deal with criticism?
TS: I haven’t had too many run ins with harsh criticism. But I would take anything positive away from it that I can, block out the negative and let it roll off my back. If you let negativity get to you or bother you more than it should, then the one who dished it out wins.

CJC: What is something most people don’t know about you?
TS: Most people don’t know that I’m shy; pretty reserved with my feelings and hesitant to open up with certain individuals.

CJC: To date, what accomplishment are you most proud of?
TS: My 2 BEAUTIFUL children, Ashton (4 Years) and Olivia (4 months)

CJC: What are your goals for the remainder of the year?
TS: My goals for the remainder of the year are to stay focused in the gym and make some serious progress, give my newly purchased home a nice renovation, and to get rookie of the year in my new sales job.

CJC: Any final thoughts you would like to share with the CJC Photography readers?
TS: I am extremely grateful for all the love, support and encouragement from all my fans and friends. I cherish the new friendships I’ve made throughout this whole modeling process. Hopefully this is just the beginning and I cant wait to see what the rest of 2019 brings!
